WrenchRoster supports different account types depending on how you use the platform.
Worker accounts
A worker account is for individuals who want to create a profile and be discovered by employers.
Worker accounts are used to manage information such as:

- Availability
- Safety tickets
- Certifications
- Work preferences
Workers should keep their profiles accurate and current.
Employer accounts
An employer account is for companies or hiring teams that want to search for workers and review candidate profiles.
Employer accounts may be used to manage:
- Company information
- Worker searches
- Profile unlocks or contact workflows
- Hiring activity
- Billing or credits
Can one person have both?
Some users may need both worker and employer access depending on their role.
